While fun is our goal, we understand that your safety is paramount! Kinezumi Water Sports provides a 5 to 7 minute training and safety session which is mandatory for all riders prior to embarking on their thrilling experience.

Seabreacher pilots and Jetovator PWC operators are trained in the operation of their vessel and are CPR/First Aid qualified. They also have basic lifeguard skills and training. Our team members are equipped with VHF radios to call in to shore in the case of an emergency.

Water Sports Clients

Your safety is our main concern and we reserve the right to end any ride if the client is operating any of our water craft or behaving in a way that may cause harm to themselves, our team members, the general public or to our equipment.

We reserve the right to deny any person the opportunity to participate if we feel that the person is under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. All riders are required to wear an approved PFD (personal flotation device) supplied by us.

Liability Waiver

Kinezumi Water Sports is a fully licensed and insured company. ALL clients must sign our online liability release form. Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and have an adult sign their liability release form on their behalf.
